2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
As a straight-A student and have always put school as my first priority, but I am a very passionate soccer player. I am a left-footed midfielder with defensive experience and have played soccer for the last 13 years. I am a multisport athlete and have played varsity soccer since 8th grade and have played varsity lacrosse since 9th grade. I will also compete with my school's varsity ski team this upcoming year. Within all of my teams I always play with the same effort and determination in practices and in games. I have pushed myself to learn and develop my skills in any way I can to advance my playing ability and elevate my team. I positively reinforce my team and serve as a role model both on and off the field. In addition to playing for my school and on club teams, I have enriched my soccer-playing ability with a variety of camps and clinics. I participate in my school's chamber orchestra, and I have played with a select orchestra for Westchester. I am currently enrolled in the New York Junior Acadamy of Sciences. I am currently the president of my school's environmental science team, and I was the treasure of the STEM club last year. I work as a youth soccer coach for pre-k through 6th grade and am a certified referee. I volunteer in my community's hospital and my church.
