Over the past year, I’ve learned so much about the recruiting process and about myself. As a player, I have had a transformation of my technical skill and how I am able to read gameplay. I barely recognize the player I was just one year ago and am excited to see how quickly I can evolve over the year ahead.
I have been very fortunate, receiving several fantastic academic awards from a variety of schools, and have gotten many roster spot offers: I am humbled and appreciative to all that have expressed interest.
The scenario that would best suit me is one where I can continue my high-level academic pursuit along with high-level competitive soccer. I plan on pursuing a masters degree, which would give me five years to complete four seasons of play. With NCAA offering COVID Eligibility Relief, nearly all my choice colleges have less than ideal recruiting opportunities for the 2023 fall season.
After careful thought, I’ve chosen not to compromise. I will Play WPSL for Force FC New York while I continue my training regimen through my freshmen year at Manhattan College.
Over the course of the next year, I welcome the prospect of future opportunities that may come.
