Personal Statement
I'm a firm believer in impact and simplicity. If it can be done with fewer steps and more cohesion, that that is the better road. There is never a point where I should give up because, at any second, anything can change. Persistence is important and that is what I live by. Teams must always work together under strong leadership. Each person has something to learn from their teammate and coach. We are always learning. I am always learning. And if I didn't succeed the first time? Well, I just shut up and get to work.
