I have played soccer since I was 4 but got serious when I entered 3rd grade. I stated travel soccer with BC United and my love of the game grew from there. I tend to be a quiet person, but soccer has taught me a lot about talking and communicating with each other. When I moved to sweeper this season, I had to step up and be the lead communicator of the defense. I strive to perform at my best every day, whether it is achieving high honor roll (95+) since entering 6th grade or on the pitch during every game or practice.
One of my biggest obstacles was making the Varsity Soccer Team in 7th grade as a starting left back and gaining the trust of the older players on the team. Through hard work, the ability to use both feet, and the strongest throw in on the team, I was able to gain their trust and build relationships with my teammates. I am excited to see what the next 4 years of varsity soccer brings, as I aspire to grow into the best player I can. My drive, desire, and ability to grow as a player and student would make me a great addition to your program.
