Elyza Smith '27 Recruiting Profile

    Hello, my name is Elyza Smith and I have been involved in athletics since I was five years old. After playing multiple sports I knew that soccer is what I excelled at and what I wanted to pursue. Being the daughter of a United States Army veteran, my Dad has helped and molded me into the athlete and person I am today. Accountability and persistence and the willingness to help others has been instilled in me for as long as I can remember. My Mom also taught me to be humble and respect everyone's opinion. I want to excel at everything I do in the classroom and on the pitch.

    My soccer career has been very successful, I am extremely coachable and will do whatever I am told to achieve the goals set out by my coaches. My drive and determination is what I want to carry over onto the next level of my playing career. I look forward to the challenges and experiences ahead of me and fully expect to be a successful student and athlete.
