In college I hope to prepare myself for a career in sports., either as an athletic trainer, or in the field of Sports Business.
I have had a great great role model since I began playing varsity sports. She is my current athletic trainer, her skill, compassion and education have made me a smarter healthier athlete, and I hope to give back to individuals myself in the same arena.
I believe I am an educated student athlete, I excel in the classroom currently with a 99% average while taking honors and AP classes, I take the same approach to the sports I play. I learn about the complexities of the 3 sports I play: Soccer, Basketball, and Softball and I believe that puts me over the top of players who may be more skilled or athletic then myself. I have taken my love of soccer and have my Grade 8 Ref License my Level 1 Goalkeeping Diploma as well as NCSA's Athleadership Academy, all to give back to players after me.
My biggest strength however isn't on the field but who I am off of it. I am a natural leader who cares about her teammates more then myself. That empathy I show makes me a great teammate and someone people gravitate to.
I look forward to the challenges that the recruitment process may bring me, the challenges that the remainder of high school does bring to me, and lastly the college experience itself.
