Hello Coach,
My name is Rachel Johnson. I am a Freshman at Metrolina Christian Academy, Indian Trail, NC. I have lettered in 3 varsity sports as a Freshman. They were volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I have also played Club soccer for Carolina Rapids and Club Volley Ball for Carolina Juniors, all while keeping my grades at an A or B level all year.
I am a hard worker, coach-able and competitive. I challenge myself every day to be the best I can be and make every moment count.
I play Club soccer for the Carolina Rapids 02 Burgundy team, Region 3. Our Season starts in July and I am preparing for this season by running everyday and going to private strength and agility training 3 times week. In addition, I am planning on attending several college ID camps.
My High School season was a big success. We are just wrapping up our best high school season in school history. We are undefeated in our regular conference and won the 3A MAC. I am excited to say I had 14 goals and 24 assists for the season and was named to the 3A All Conference team for the second year in a row.
I would like to play soccer in college, while pursuing a degree in health studies that will position me for an advanced degree in Physical Therapy or Physician assistant.
