My name is Lila Moshfegh and I have been playing soccer for eleven years. I have always loved the competition aspect of this sport as well as the lifelong connections I have made. I spent my first 10 years at my hometown club, Sanford Area Soccer League, and recently joined the NCFC program to grow as a player and to play at a more competitive level. My goal is to continue playing at the collegiate level.
I am very committed to my academic performance and plan to attend a four-year college. My anticipated major is biology, as I want to work in the medical profession. I am a hardworking individual that can handle both academics as well as my athletic commitments.
I can play many positions on the field, including attacking mid, outside mid (left and right), and striker. However, currently I am playing as a striker and as an outside midfielder. I have been told that I am a very coachable athlete and a great team player. I support my teammates with a good attitude, encouragement, and a friendly personality.
I am also proactive in honing my soccer skills outside of traditional soccer practice. I use the Beast Mode program to practice on my own at home. I have private coaches that I receive one on one instruction from on a weekly basis. And this past summer I attended strength and speed training classes at the Parisi Speed School of Raleigh.
I appreciate you taking the time to read this and I would invite you to come watch me at any of the upcoming events listed on my profile page.
