Soccer brings out my personal best. I cannot overstate my personal motivation and drive to play soccer at an elite varsity level. I transitioned to competitive soccer in 2013, and have enjoyed an accelerated ability curve. In the spring of 2013, I joined the Club Roma U15 NRGSL Girls team, and in that first year we played in the league championships. The following year we won the 2013-2014 playoff championship. I am in my third year of off-season development with former professional European player Tuuka Salonen at Elite Soccer Development, as well as with Katie Bond and the Coerver Soccer Academy. 2015 is the season where the Ontario Soccer League has seen a complete revamp of the structure of female competitive soccer. As a result of these changes, the Club Roma U-17 team will now be playing in the Niagara Soccer League (NSL) Womens Division, which is considerably more competitive. I have been blessed with the opportunity to train with and compete against many talented players. I cherish the friendships and the like-minded competitive spirit of my teammates. I attend Denis Morris Catholic Secondary School, in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. I have been a member of the Denis Morris Swim Team for 3 years, and am currently in my second season as a member of the Denis Morris Girls Rowing Team, and am playing for the Denis Morris Girls Varsity Soccer team. All of my coaches have consistently commented on my superior work ethic and team spirit. Academically, I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and have achieved the Principals Honour Roll each year, with an overall academic average of 90% or greater. I received the Science and Technology Award in 2012. I am hoping to achieve acceptance at a University with a strong academic program and my current interests are leaning towards Biological and Life Sciences.
