As a student-athlete, I take pride in having a good work ethic as I strive for both academic and athletic excellence. I’m very hardworking and thrive in competitive and stressful situations.

As a defender, I understand the importance of effective communication and leadership. I’m a defensive-minded player and take advantage of any opportunities to attack as much as possible. Over the years this position has helped immensely with my field awareness and play-making decisions as I’m able to read the game well, for instance identifying situations of when to press or sit back which is a crucial responsibility in the back line. 

I aspire to earn a scholarship as my goal is to attend a university where I can be academically and athletically pushed. Taking my education to the next level at a university with a high academic reputation is important to me as well as having the ability to make an impact with a competitive women’s soccer program.
