Erica Peterson '22 Recruiting Profile

I want to swim in college in order to stay in the sport I have spent much of my life participating in, and to be a part of a school team; a team where I can find like minded people who love the sport as much as I do.  Although I love rigorous training days and the work you need to put in to get better, my main focus in college will always be academics, and my decision when choosing a school will always center around that. 

My best events have always been the ones that others have shied away from, and I take pride in the fact that I can push through races like the 200 fly, 400 IM, and distance freestyle without too much whining (although the 200 breast is the one race that I absolutely despise, despite the length (: ).
