Personal Statement
Ever since I was little I've wanted to play tennis in college. I've had to start from the bottom and work to where I am and where I will be. I understand the mental side of the sport, not just the athletic part. Academically, I have challenged myself and continue to do so, to expand my mind and self. I help start a Tennis team for my high school, to give me more opportunities academically and allow to me represent my school with the sport I love. I have become a leader to my team, inspired others to play, the sport, that is a big part of who I am. It has given me confidence, strength and friendships.
