I have been playing tennis since I was 4 years old. Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved being on the court whether it was with my dad, brother or competing. I started playing USTA when I was 10 years old and have been working hard to get deeper in tournaments. When I'm not competing, I spend time training with my private coach.
In 2023, 7th grade, I played #2 singles for my high school varsity team and had a 15-5 record, awarded Rookie of the Year. In 2024, 8th grade, I played #2 singles again, but this time I went undefeated 20-0, and earned Most Valuable Player for the season. I am really excited about my upcoming freshman season in 2025.
I would love to play at the collegiate level because I believe I can really contribute to a team. Having teammates to lean on and support is also something special because tennis can be so lonely out on the court. I would take pride in representing my school and committed to being a team player.
I'm really looking forward to taking the next steps on my tennis journey. I’m excited to push myself, improve as a player and help the team succeed as best I can.
