My Name is Anabel Jane Amaral Greenberg, I am currently 17 years of age and have been infatuated with tennis since I could remember. I began playing at age six, taught by the women of my family. Growing up in New York City, I've been blessed with many chances to play and train at Roosevelt Island Racquet Club, as well as at Joel Ross' Tennis camp for a couple summers as a pre-teen. As I got older, I entered High School Tennis. Our Girls' Team has been coached by Steve Schulman for many years. As Lehman's basketball coach we were quickly emerged in his rigorous preseason regimen, followed by a short and strong season. I additionally sought employment as a Coach for Advantage Tennis' Quickstart program the fall of my Junior year. I hope to play Tennis in college not only for my own growth and happiness, but in gratitude for every opportunity I have been given, if not worked hard for. Besides playing and coaching tennis, I also play volleyball, and love political journalism. I'd like to focus on business in college, along with computer science.
I am unranked having never competed outside of High School, but am playing in a metro area UTR tournament 11/6-12/9
