May 2013Personal Statement
I accomplished my goal this year of making states. I will be in Albany November 1- 4, 2013 for the NYSPHSAA State Tournament. During this season I played 1st singles and my partner played 2nd singles so it was exhilarating that we were able to transfer our singles skills onto the doubles court. In addition to our starting singles positions we played qualifying matches in 1st doubles and practiced extensively. I gained tremendous experience at the net and on doubles strategies as is proven by this accomplishment.
