The first time I picked up a tennis racket was the summer of 2021 at the Saw Mill Club's summer camp. Instantaneously, I fell in love with the sport and gained a new passion that has carried on consistently for three years now. In the span of three years, I became a two-year member of my high school's varsity team and I began playing in tournaments. With the Saw Mill Club, I participate in the Edge program in which I do private lessons, match plays, drill days, and yoga. To further my practice, I play every weekend, stretch consistently, eat only whole foods, and I have been strength training at the gym for one year. I would be a good candidate for college because I put 100% of my effort into everything I do, which is why I have exponentially increased at tennis in just a few years. With my potential, I hope I can skyrocket. My academics are also an important part of my life, as I study hard, take AP and honors classes, and have a 4.24 GPA. Overall, I am a driven student-athlete who will work hard at every task.
