Hello, I'm Natalie, a student at Hunter College High School. I have played singles on the Varsity team since ninth grade, and I'm proud to say that as of last year, my team made girls' tennis history by reaching the semifinals in the Mayor's Cup tournament and for being ranked second in NYC by the PSAL. I am always happy to be involved in my school community, whether it's representing Hunter through my performance on the tennis team, my leadership on the debate team, or involvement within the student government. I love to be able to lead others by example, both on and off the court. As a tennis player, I encourage underclassmen to stay committed to the team and to put their all into their matches. As a novice director for debate, I function in much the same way, where I have to dedicate much of my time to stay after school and instruct my peers and underclassmen. My ability to dedicate my time toward helping those in my community in addition to dedicating myself to my own activities allows me to not only achieve personal success, but also garner success for my team.
