My plans for college are to enroll in a university that will challenge me academically and provide an environment where I can continue to grow. I look for challenge in my academics, having taken several AP and honors courses and enrolled in AP Biology and AP Calculus in my senior year. I have played tennis since I was six years old and it will always be a part of my life. When I play recreationally (not for the team or in a tournament), I tend to seek out challenging opponents so that I can grow my game and test my strengths and find my weakness. Although tennis can be, and mostly is, an individual sport, I enjoy playing on a team. When playing tennis my goal is to win of course, however, I am not overly disappointed with losing and thrive on being challenged. I believe I am very capable of keeping my emotions in check. I never give up on a match and play to win until the end.
