Hello!! My name is Natalie DeFord, and I am a sophomore at Metamora Township High School. I do Track and Field, and I am a thrower. I have been throwing for three years and have improved quite a lot since. I will always try my hardest in my academics and athletics. I am a very teachable person, I will listen to what my coaches say and try to establish it into my mechanics. I am open to experimenting with my stance or throw. The summer of 2019, I was on a travel Track and Field team is in East Peoria with One Motion. I got lots of one to one, with a throwing coach and he helped me improve my throwing a lot. I can't wait to see my future for Track and Field and how I will grow.
