Everyone has a skill, and it appears that I'm good at running away .  My love of running began while I was in elementary school. Every year, my school held a field day, and there was always a running race for boys and girls. Every year, I'd blow right by everyone. Running gives me a sense of peace. This is how I feel whenever I put on my spikes. Every stride I take, my heart pounding, and the thunder of the ground as I approach the straightaway. That is how I know it is my true calling to goo to collage for track. It was my freshman year that I first set foot on a track. My first race will stay with me forever. I knew deep down that I would cross the finish line again the first time I did. For the season, I had set some objectives. Each race, I pushed myself to set a new personal best.My achievements began to emerge as a result of all of my hard effort. I am a member of the squad that holds the school records in the 4x200 and 4x400 relays, as well as the 300m.
