2019 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Since I was younger my family exposed me to the world of Track and Field. It was just a matter of time before I decided to join a team. I have been doing Track and Field since 7th grade and plan on doing it throughout high school and college. I am an honor roll student and have been for most of my life. My strong suits are shot put, discus and weight throw. And in my free time I enjoy learning how to throw javelin since it is not allowed in New York state. At my high school, I hold the school record for weight throw which is currently at 32' , with out spinning yet. I am strong willed, persistent, creative and caring. I hope that you find that I am the right candidate for your team.

- Coach Rak is the top throws coach in Western NY. He trains Jamie as she does not have the facilities to train at her own school. She trains three days per week currently in the weight throw for indoor season and will work with him on shotput and discus for the outdoor season.
- Elite Throws Camp - Coach Ellis
- 2 years
- A four day camp for athletes only. Coach Ellis enables the athletes to work on form in order to throw better. Scheduled to attend Camp at Allegany College June 2019.
