I would like to continue track in college. I did not start until my sophomore year, but I feel like I have much growth still to do. I am basically self-taught on hurdles as my high school coach for the event was hardly ever at practice or meets. I feel with proper training I would be an excellent asset to collegiate team. I am also a competitive dancer and would like to continue dance in college as well. I would be a valuable team member bringing a strong work ethic and willingness to work hard to accomplish my goals. I surprised myself by attaining a letter on the varsity team during my first year. I feel I have much to learn from and give to a collegiate program.
