Lily Stockwell '22 Recruiting Profile

As a Freshman at The Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall, I am exploring many different options as I determine what career path I would like to pursue in college.  Math and science are my two favorite subjects, so I may pursue a STEM field.  I also love the performing arts, specifically singing/songwriting and musical theater.  Throughout middle school, and now into high school, I have maintained straight A's while playing volleyball for my school teams and for CT Juniors during the off season, as well as performing in musical theater in the spring seasons.  I have been performing since I was 7 years old, and have been fortunate to perform in places as spectacular as the Apollo Theater in NYC and the Mohegan Sun Arena in CT.   In my spare time, I enjoy participating in community service events with my youth group and my school.  I am a team player on and off the court, and I always love to bring energy and community wherever I go.  My challenge in finding the right school for me will be to ensure I can incorporate all of what I love to do in sports, fine arts and sciences.  Thanks for taking the time to review my profile!
