My goals for my future are to play college volleyball while working on my pre-medicine degree. After my volleyball career, I would like to pursue a career as an anesthesiologist. There are many nurses and doctors within my extended family and I am excited to follow in their footsteps.
I feel that one of my strengths in volleyball is that I am a team player and try to make my teammates better. I feel that I am even tempered and do not allow the highs and lows of the game affect the way I play. I have been told that I am very coachable and have “great hands.”
I am very proud of my 4.95 grade point average. I understand that I will need to be prepared for life after volleyball. I play volleyball for the competition but mostly because I just love to play.
