My love for volleyball started at the age of nine. I attended a volleyball camp at my current club, Illini Elite Volleyball Club, and instantly fell in love with the sport. I am currently a sophomore at Central Catholic High School in Bloomington, IL. This is my second year playing on my high school varsity team and third year playing on a club travel team. I am very proud of my accomplishments in volleyball so far and am continuing to work hard to achieve many more. Some feedback I've received from coaches and trainers include I am coachable, hard-working, and very determined. One of my strengths include my ability to build relationships with team mates to help build trust on and off the court. My team looks to me to be able to read the opponent across the net to to help us be successful when playing defense. I work very hard to balance school, volleyball, and family. My hope is to be part of a college with high academic standards where I plan to study nursing, a competitive and collaborative volleyball program, and a diverse study body.
