Hailey Warfel '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hailey Warfel and I would love to get a scholarship to play college volleyball. I'm a focused athlete with a lot of accomplishments that prove my hard work and time that I have dedicated to the sport. I have been playing on varsity at my school since my freshman year and I made first team all Conference freshman year. My team won AAU Nationals and I received an All-Star award at Nationals my 15's club season. My sophomore year I was playing all around on the court and I received the All-Area award along with setting a serving and and setting record at my school. I have mostly A's in school with a 3.75 GPA and I work extremely hard to keep my grades up. 

 This year, as a Junior, I am a captain for my team and I lead the court very well. I want to be the type of leader that my teammates can look up to and be inspired by. I want to be a person on the team that the other girls feel like they can talk to if they need anything. I have always loved volleyball because of the adventures it has taken me on and the lessons it has taught me. I want to go to a school that makes me feel welcomed and like I have a support system academically as well as outside of volleyball. I want to have a coach and teammates that shows interest in my volleyball skills and my personality.
