Throughout High School I have been told that I was too short to play Volleyball, I would watch Volleyball games on tv and see that their heights were above 5’5, I almost took what people were telling me and was going to quit volleyball however, I took it as a reason to strive forward and do the best I could. My efforts landed me as one of the captains on my team. I’ve learned throughout high school you have to strive for what you believe in to achieve and that is what I’m doing now and so on.
