Luciana (Lulu) Johnson '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Lulu Johnson and I am an OH/DS/L for my club team NYC Juniors 17 Travel. I am a Junior at Saint Ann's School in Brooklyn, New York, and it has always been my dream, as well as a goal I have been working hard towards, to continue playing volleyball in college. I have played at the club level for five years, and have played for my school since seventh grade. I am a starter on my Varsity Volleyball team, and was awarded ACIS and AAIS All-Star for the 2021 season. These awards are for the two leagues Saint Ann's competes in.  I am looking forward to finding a small liberal arts college where I can play great Division III volleyball and further my academic learning. I truly love being a part of a team and representing my club and school. Volleyball has taught me the importance of time management, how to be leader as well as how to step back when needed, and how incredible the experiences of shared successes and heartbreaks can be when you get to do so with your teammates.
