I am a lefty all-around six-position player. I was first introduced to volleyball by my family at a young age and once in 7th grade started playing for my modified school team. I have been offered a great opportunity in my freshman year of high school to be the only freshman put on our varsity team. This experience granted me to progress in my skill and strength in a more faster and competitive way. During the beginning of my junior year of high school I, unfortunately, got injured and could not finish my junior year volleyball season. I was told it would take six months to fully recover but I would get back to playing little by little. I was allowed to still play my club season where I gained my strength back. After this major injury, I was determined to train hard and get back to where I left off. I am now happy to say I am fully recovered and still working hard to get better!
