Ahilya Jolivot '29 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ahilya Jolivot, and my volleyball journey began in 7th grade with Asphalt Green Volleyball 13U as a right-side hitter. That first year, I was delighted to be chosen as captain, and I cherished the opportunity to lead my team. The following summer, I was thrilled to be invited to try out for my school's high school team as an eighth grader. I was ecstatic to learn from the older girls and was honored to be the only eighth grader who made the JV team as an outside hitter. We had an incredible season, finishing as the first runners-up in our division. This experience inspired me to push myself further this season. I am currently training with HOT Volleyball 16U as a setter, and it has been an amazing journey. I eagerly anticipate our first tournament.

My dream is to play volleyball at a high level in college. I take my work ethic toward volleyball and academics seriously and love embracing challenges. I take pride in my competitiveness and positivity on the court and in class. Maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude, while also being bold with my teammates, is very important to me.
