Hello! I am class of 2023 outside hitter and I am seeking a school known for it's strong academics (science field) where I will be impactful to the volleyball program with my strong work ethic, solid skills and coachability! I am a strong hitter, solid passer and defensive player, and have both a very effective topspin jump serve and float serve.
I attend Penfield High School where I am a starter on the varsity volleyball team. I was pulled up to the varsity team as an 8th grader. I play club volleyball for VolleyFX, work part time, and hold a high grade point average with a difficult class load.
Since I've been playing, my passion for volleyball has only grown. I have learned so many life lessons and gained so much confidence through volleyball. I love this sport!
Each time I step onto the court, whether for practice or for a match, I play with passion and I give it my all for my teammates. I have "played up" for my age group multiple years, striving to always play at the highest possible level. I have a bounce-back attitude which allows for me to stay positive through the good and the bad. I feel that this positivity truly has an impact on all of my teammates and uplifts them when they need it. I am a leader on the court as I communicate with my teammates and I keep them positive. I love the excitement this game has to offer and the feeling of wholeness when the team works together to make a good play.
I am a strong believer that you can never stop learning and improving and this quality makes me a very coachable player. This quality also helps me strive for success academically.
