I work hard, and whether I'm on the court or in the classroom, I always give my best effort. When choosing a college, it is important to me that I be challenged both in the classroom and on the court, as I am determined to not only be the best volleyball player I can, but also a top student. My goals are to play competitive college volleyball, while pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering. I am confident that I can achieve both of these goals, and will continue to work hard to do so.
I have been told I have a strong presence at the net, able to predict and attack the ball. I always try to play smart, looking for our advantages and making adjustments when necessary. I have a powerful hit, and continue to train with a personal trainer and a private coach to improve my strength, speed and athleticism. I am a very focused and driven person, and always a team player. It is important to me that my teammates know there is always someone there to support them and cheer them on even in the toughest of games. I always try to perform my best and expect the same from other players, never giving up in a game when we're down. I believe that the team is more important than the individual and I will work hard to help the team in any way possible, whether it be working to improve my skills or motivating my teammates.
Thank you for visiting my profile page and considering me as a prospective student athlete. I am confident I can be an asset to your team and school, and look forward to this opportunity.
