Hello! My name is Rachel Brown, I am 16 years old from Saint Pauls, North Carolina and attend PSRC Early College High School. I have played school volleyball for three year and club for two. I started playing in middle school and fell in love with every aspect of the game, putting in extra hours of my own time to further develop my skills and gain a better understanding of the game. During this time, I knew I wanted to play at the collegiate level and would work as hard as I could go get to that point. I implement this level of discipline in not only volleyball, but my academics as well. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and participate in many after school programs. One thing that makes me different from other athletes, and most people, is that I am a type one diabetic. This means I have to be extra observant and on top of my health constantly. If given the chance I believe I can be a huge asset to your team and look forward to my future in college athletics!
