My name is Jacee Dinkins I am 5'9 junior at Azle High School. I have been playing volleyball since I was in 3rd grade. I am a multi varsity sports player, however, the sport that has also driven me to play in college is volleyball and track. I have received many honors such as first-team all-district. I was also the offensive and MVP for my varsity team. My goal as an athlete is to get a scholarship for volleyball. I have always made many sacrifices to be a volleyball player that made me who I am today. I have put many hours such as working out and fundamentals to help me play the game and improve each time I step on the court. I also am a straight-A student with a 4.0 GPA and being the top 10% in my class. The best two words to describe me are competitive and dedicated. The reason being for that is I have never missed school from kindergarten all the way up to being a junior I have also never missed any of my four sports practices and when I do show up to play I strive to beat everyone and push everyone to be better. Therefore I am looking forward to finding is a university in which I will get a great education. I want to be a teacher and coach because I want to impact kids lives and be a role model. I am also looking for a competitive successful collegiate volleyball or track program where I can be an impact on the team overall.
