Sydney Stroh '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches,

My name is Sydney Stroh and I am from Frisco, Texas.  I love volleyball but my interests extend beyond this to music (I play the guitar) and extensive travel.  I have played other sports such as basketball, softball and soccer but my heart knew my love would be volleyball from the first time I picked up my first volley lite.

I know that the most important impact a player can make for a team is living and breathing that team is everything, and work ethic is what dictates results.  My teams have qualified for Nationals for my 13s, 14s, 15 and 16s years - finishing 3rd at Nationals in Open in 2018.  

I am a 6 rotation Outside Hitter for Frisco Flyers 17 Rox Anthony.  I am 6’2” and will be a 2020 graduate from Wakeland High School in Frisco, TX where I played outside and right side as a starter on Varsity.   I have a belief in strong academic focus while applying the same level of commitment to my sport and other activities.  I intend to play volleyball in college while pursuing a Business Degree and then a post graduate degree in Business. 

My team, this season, will compete at Colorado Crossroads, Show Me in Kansas City and Lone Star Classic in Dallas.  If you are able, I would be honored to have you or someone on your staff to watch me play.
