As a volleyball enthusiast and athlete, I have enjoyed a lifetime of involvement in the sport. I’ve been a player, an assistant, line judge, scorekeeper, teammate, ref, assistant coach, and a spectator. I love volleyball and challenging myself to grow and compete on and off the court and play year round. I am 5'9 1/2 and experienced all over the court having played all positions. Primary positions for me are setter/middle hitter-blocker. Off the court I enjoy many things, including helping with the spring league volleyball, volunteering, photography, running, and I love the great outdoors. When I’m not on the court you can find me in the gym, at the track, spending time my family, or helping my Dad on our family farm.
My best quality regarding volleyball, I am coachable. I want to continue to improve and grow. I want to be challenged. I watch and re-watch all of my game video with the goal to make every serve, pass, set, hit, block better than the last and to see where improvements can be make. I also enjoy helping mentor other players. For the youth spring league volleyball program at our school I helped coach a 7th grade team and enjoyed teaching as much as playing.
