I started wrestling when I was 12 years old, and it has been a life-changing experience since then. Over the years I've developed a love and passion for the sport. Wrestling in college and taking myself to the next level has become an important goal of mines. I am a hard-working woman and will do anything to prove to others around me that I belong in this sport. I am very competitive and willing to put in any extra work needed to get where I need to be.
Like any student-athlete, not only do I push myself on the mat, but I push myself in the classroom too. Having a good education is very important to me because what I do in school will later help me in the long run. I am determined and know that I can achieve great things in both the classroom and on the mat.
I am very dedicated to wrestling and is willing to do anything to enhance my skills, even as far as taking part in other sports. Other than wrestling I compete in Powerlifting competitions and Judo tournaments. I hold numerous USAPL state records and two Hawaii High School Athletics Association State Judo Championships.
