I want to wrestle in college because it was the first sport that I really developed a passion for. I began in 9th grade, and at one point in my first season I realized how much I enjoyed the sport and how I really wanted to get better. As I went to camps and started to improve, I realized that I was starting to get better and that I wanted to continue my development in the sport as I went into college. I feel I am a good candidate for any college team because of my coachability and my willingness to go out of my way to improve. I often stick around to practice with the Fordham University team who uses our gym after I finish my regular practice. My coaches often say that they love the effort I give on and off the mat.
