My goals in life are to be a Sports Medicine Physician, and to wrestle in college. When I won my first state championship I felt like no one was going to stop me, I felt like I was on top of the world. That day I went undefeated with 5 pins to get the state title. I’m driven to play the sport. Every day I look for something to better myself, I always like looking for challenges to make me better. I love the intensity and adrenaline of wrestling. I am very musically inclined, I am self taught on guitar, piano, drums, and I sing too. Some things that I have learned about myself through playing this sport is you have to give 100% effort in everything you do, never slack off, trust yourself, other teammates, your coaches, and you should ALWAYS think positive, NEVER think negative. I like to lift weights and get strong, mentally and physically. When I’m not doing sports I work side jobs. I believe that academics come before everything, though I try to find the right balance between academics and mat time. I am a very coachable, respectful and a disciplined person. I am outgoing and like to try new things. I learn the best when I do things hands-on. I know that I can bring a good work ethic, leadership, and talent to compete at the college level.
