I started wrestling as a Freshman in High School, and I quickly fell in love with the sport. I worked hard to develop my skills by participating in multiple wrestling clubs, attending camps, and competing in off-season wrestling competitions.
At the beginning of this school year, I set a goal for myself to qualify for the State Tournament and I did! My wrestling story is not finished as I know I have so much more to learn. I can’t wait to compete at the collegiate level and continue to develop my wrestling skills.
As an athlete, I work hard and I put it all out there on the mat, and I encourage my teammates to do so as well. I have been captain of my team for two years, and my coaches have awarded me multiple team awards including Most Improved Wrestler and Most Heart.
