2020 Highlights Personal Statement
I discovered wrestling my freshman year of high school. I finally found the sport that I was meant to compete in. My coaches have told me I have great natural talent. I am always willing to learn more and work harder. My junior year was my best so far. I won 1st place in district and 3rd place at regionals and had my first experience at State. It was an awe inspiring moment and one I hope to repeat next year! I am looking for a college with a great wrestling program so that I can continue to compete in the sport that I love. As of December 2020 I am currently ranked #6 in Texas.
