Personal Statement

Wrestling has taught me to persist in the face of adversity. I believe training and competing matches and prepares for the atmosphere of the real world. I have steadily improved physically and skill-wise as a varsity wrestler. In addition to the school team, I have resumed club wrestling, where training with national-level wrestlers has yielded promising results, with continuous improvement physically and skill-wise.

At college, I plan to place continued emphasis on physical fitness and competitive sports, which will serve as a foundation for academic excellence while also engaging in team-based activities. I am excited to pursue my athletic journey with a collegiate program, where I will have access to world-class coaches and facilities.
