College baseball was something I have always wanted to do from a little boy. Everyday when my parents got home I always asked them if they could throw a wiffle ball to me in the backyard just to get the enjoyment of playing. When I was finally old enough to play organized baseball I was amazed by the fact that you can play baseball with all your friends. Ever since my first year of T-Ball I have always been about a team being a family. That is something I have carried with me through my entire life. Academics has also been something that weighs heavily in importance. It is something that my parents emphasize because baseball will not be around forever and making sure you have a steady job for life after college is very important.
