My name is Landon Lauve, class of 2028. I fell in love with the sport of baseball the minute I set eyes on a bat and ball. To say I have a passion for the sport is an understatement.
I have played baseball year round since I was 4 and started playing select travel ball in 8u. The very first select baseball team I played for was Banditos 8u Major. I then moved on to play for Lonestar Express 9u Major, Backyard Ballers 10u and 11u Major and then found my home with Scorpions 12u Major, 13u Major and currently playing for their 14u Major team. I play multiple positions including 3rd, SS, 2nd, RHP and RHB. Within all these years, I have picked up on many teams, hit my very homerun in 10u, my first grand slam in Cooperstown at 12u and was a 2 time home run derby runner-up for All American Games, and was chosen to travel to Louisiana and Las Vegas for Team Texas. In PG I was awarded over 29 all tournament team awards for hitting and pitching along with winning countless championships with every team I've played for. The past two years I have also played tackle football for my junior high school and just finished playing my last season of baseball for my junior high A team.
If I am not on the field at practice, in the cages or weight room, you can find me hanging out with my friends playing wiffle ball, backyard baseball, basketball, football, studying and attending church. I am thankful for my long lasting friendships I have made throughout the years and for all the amazing coaches and trainers who have guided and pushed me to be a leader on and off the field as well as showing up to be the best of the best. If it wasn't for my family and faith in the Lord, I would not be the baseball player and athlete I am today.
I am a Freshman in HS and looking forward to playing baseball for my High School in Spring '25 as well as being apart of the Scorpions Showcase team this summer '24. After high school, I plan to become a student athlete and study Sports Management/Kinesiology and would love to be apart of a winning collegiate baseball program.
