I'm the best candidate for your team because I am determined to win and overachieve the goals given. What makes me standout from the other players is if I am given a challenge by a coach I will achieve that goal and try to overachieve it if possible .This is just second nature to me. Also in the game no matter the score or situation I am always motivational towards my team mates and always putting in the effort. In school I also feel I motivate and lead people in a positive way. When you see me play you will see how I standout. I have been told by many coaches that I am different in the way I play the game. I respect my coaches and have been so happy that they let me play and there is a mutual trust.
