I have been playing basketball ever since I was 7 years old. The summer leading into 7th grade year I started taking my game seriously. It was at this time that I realized that I would be interested in playing at the next level. I look forward to having the chance to play in college and better myself along with my teammates.
As a basketball player my best offensive strengths include ball handling and shooting. On defense, I pressure the ball and help my team get steals. In addition, I am a strong leader on the court and look to help my teammates in any way possible. I am also easily coach-able and very accepting of criticism so that I can improve my game and become the best player I can be.
In school, I work very hard to maintain a high GPA and I take a lot of pride in my school work. This includes challenging myself by taking the most difficult courses my school has to offer.
I am interested in finding the college that works best for me. I am looking for a college that can challenge me both academically and athletically. Through this process I want to be able to benefit myself and the people around me.
