2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My name is Rylan Sigman, I have always put my all in the classroom and especially on the court. In 2021 I suffered a shoulder labrum tear which forced me to have surgery and caused me to miss my second year of varsity basketball or my junior basketball season. I came back stronger than ever during my spring aau season and led my team to the semi-finals, with the achievements of having the most assists, top scorer on my team, and being one of the top scorers in the league. In the off season I have continued to put in the work in the weight-room and court. But also I strive to be the best I can be in the classroom always giving it my all. You can always expect me to push myself beyond my limits in the weight-room, court, and classroom.
