Carter Ullett '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carter Ullett I play Defense for the West Kildonan Collegiate Wolverines, I transition in the 2019/2020 hockey season to a defensemen from a AAA goalie cplaying with the U17 Prep Winnipeg Hawks.  I was drafted in the 2018 Bantam Draft to the Manitoba Junior Hockey League - Swan Valley Stampeders.  I have been playing hockey since I was 5 years old and fell in love with being a goalie when I was given my first opportunity to play with the Spring team the AAA Steelers I played for them for 6 years consecutively. When I am not on the ice I am a provincial level Lacrosse player playing both field and box. The opportunity to play Lacrosse as an offensive player has only made me a stronger goalie  and made my transition to a defensemen much smoother for me. I truly believe being a dual sport athlete makes me a stronger well rounded althete. I aspire to play College level sports and to be able to continue to do what I love as long as I can.
