My name is Ryan Smith and I am a Junior at Bethpage High School. I started out on the St.Dominic's Varsity team as a Freshman and then I transferred over to Bethpage and made the varsity team as a Sophomore and would love to further my career in college. I would love to get the chance to get to compete at a high level and have fun playing the game I love. In addition to playing lacrosse, I play Basketball and golf. I love to show leadership on and off the field when someone is down on themselves on the field after a bad mistake I tell them to pick there head up and make a better play the next time. In the classroom I try to help and respect my piers so they can get the best opportunity to succeed in the classroom as well.
Along with playing sports, I try my hardest to succeed in the classroom by studying and putting time into my work as well as putting in time to succeed at the sport I love. I like to put it as if you have confidence on the field, you should have time to put confidence into your school work and work extra hard to study for exams to make sure to maintain those good grades. These are just a few things about me that show why I am a better candidate.
