Lacrosse has been a crucial part of my life since the age of 9. This sport, more than any other has helped me grow into the person I am today. And while I was a multi-sport athlete up until my Sophomore year, I have spent the last few years focusing specifically on Lacrosse. During my time in the Lacrosse world, I became a utility player, having played every position on the field to help my team. I entered High School as an Attackman however, due to a lack of Midfielders, I became more of a Middie/Attck hybrid. During my Junior year, I was able to lead and contribute as a starter at Midfield, having the second most goals behind our Senior Attackman. Our team had an extremely successful season, winning the conference, and going far into the North Carolina 3A State playoffs, losing in the Semi-finals to the eventual Champion. On a personal note, I received All-Conference (1st Team), along with All-Region and All-State (2nd Team) accolades at the 3A level.
Lacrosse means a great deal to me. As I move into the next stage of my educational life, I cannot imagine continuing that journey without competitive Lacrosse. With my size, skill, and experience, I truly believe I have what it takes to succeed at the next level, both personally and as a teammate. I look forward to my Senior year and all the challenges and opportunities that await.
